Over 25 years of experience in automotive business, acquired in various positions in serial development, advanced engineering, research as well as quality assurance units in Germany, Japan and United States. My personal passion is the early product phase, advanced engineering and research, because - Relevant technology is getting more interdisciplinary (Collaboration, New Technologies.)- Development work is getting more complex and cross-linked (worldwide networks.)- Business models and market requirements expand (Mobility as a Service, New concepts.)- Developments cycles must be shortened and cheapened (Open Innovation, new disciplines.)The most rewarding and important part of my job is my extensive, reliable network of friends and experts, spread all over the world…and also one of the key success factors for my current Job.Since twelve years I’m Senior Manager of our Chassis Advanced Engineering Group, holding 20+ patents in the field of vehicle controls, safety, driving dynamics and chassis concepts.
