My work spans the full lifecycle of innovation, from conception to delivery, ensuring initiatives drive measurable impact and align with enterprise goals.Previously, I completed The Cigna Group’s highly selective Operations Leadership Development Program (OLDP), a three-year program designed to develop future leaders in healthcare operations. In my rotations, I led initiatives focused on operational efficiency, automation, and emerging technologies, including managing a team dedicated to claims automation and process optimization through global partnerships.Before joining Cigna, I served as Director of Catalyst at Juniper Communities, where I spearheaded the implementation of an innovative well-being program, integrating new technology and data-driven activities to enhance senior residents’ quality of life. My experience in long-term care administration, operations, and process improvement laid a strong foundation for my career in healthcare leadership.Beyond my professional work, I am deeply committed to mentorship and alumni engagement. I serve on the Penn State Health Policy and Administration Alumni Board and am a founding member and current President of the Phi Epsilon Kappa Alumni Board.
