My passion is taking impactful inventions from lab demo to shipped product. I founded Glint Photonics to commercialize advanced photonic materials and beam-steering optics for LED lighting and solar PV, and led cross-functional teams across optical design, fabrication, and manufacturing scale-up. Our unique high-performance lighting technology was acquired by Luminii and deployed with partners including major tech campuses and design firms.My technical background spans from semiconductors and nanophotonics through system design. I’ve led multi-year DOE/ARPA-E/CEC/NSF/DARPA programs, authored a portfolio of U.S. patents, and collaborated from concept through validation, certification, and supply-chain ramp.
