I am passionate to build trust in transformation projects leveraging digital solutions. I love to see individuals excel in teams, turn ideas into prototypes and proven solutions. I have helped many organizations in various roles over the past 16 years go through their SAP related business transformation to achieve qualitative and quantitative targets – from performing pre-studies, template designs, rollouts, and implementations. I have successfully demonstrated this during large scale global projects for Fortune 500, DAX-30 and medium-sized companies in the US, Europe, Germany, and UK. I have developed a profound set of global and business acumen leading various international teams globally delivering consulting and project assurance projects as “critical friend”. Success was to stay true to my core values driven by cultural sensitivity and having smarter people than me around, focusing on everyone’s key strength, forming them into team and creating an atmosphere which inspires creativity, collaboration, and trust.My professional milestones included for one my ten-years tenure with our PwC US firm where I helped companies in Southern California through their SAP implementation projects to build trust and to ensure benefits were lifted while adhering to regulatory and compliance restrictions – this primarily for Fortune 500 companies in the Retail and Technology space. This also included a secondment to our PwC firm in Switzerland. Since being back in Germany in 2015, I helped organizations to harmonize and standardize their End-to-End processes across ERP technologies to achieve synergies and system retirements, conducted multiple pre-studies to identify the potentials with S/4HANA and create a sustainable business and IT roadmap – this primarily for DAX-40 companies in the Logistic, Telecommunication and Retail space.Outside of work, I am a husband and father to young children, dog lover and sports enthusiast still hoping to become a professional soccer or tennis player one time.
