   Project Manager, Phillips 66 Refining, Texas. Responsible for several FCC revamp projects at multiple sites with a total TIC of $105M. Projects ranged from complete reactor replacement to reactor and regenerator upgrades to improve yields. Responsible for Engineering and Procurement activities for all FEL phases and Detailed Engineering, including coordination with technology licensor. Projects performed on an EP lump sum basis incorporating the use of engineering subcontractors. Additional duties comprised constructability planning and coordination with site contractors. Project Manager, Flint Hills Resources, Longview TX. Assigned as FHR project manager on a $40M Polymer Plant revamp project. Scope includes upgrading all major equipment including new extruders, mixers, feeders and controls, new pressurized peroxide feed, multiple system control panels and DCS upgrades and new unit electrical MCC substation. Additional scope includes new railcar load-out system. Responsible for managing all engineering, procurement and construction activities.
