Leading a team of highly skilled, talented and motivated engineers across Electrode Foil Coating, Cal Lam & Slitting.\\\\n• Building an environment where excellence is recognised, encouraged and rewarded and where individuals take responsibility.\\\\n• Support initial equipment conceptual development and carefully balance product specifications, process control requirements, layout complexity, cost, quality and lead-time limits.\\\\n• Design, write, and debug PLC code with an emphasis on generating code that is organized, structured, documented, maintainable and reusable. PLC code to integrate with subsystems such as conveyance, Manufacturing Execution System (MES), machine vision, metrology and 3rd party equipment.\\\\n• Generate HMI screens that are intuitive for complex machinery while providing sufficient feedback for troubleshooting.\\\\n• Introduce automated processes into production, and train and Maintenance and Production Teams to support after deployment into production.\\\\n• Create machine interactions with plant-wide Manufacturing Execution System (MES) to communicate product quality, machine status, and process variables.\\\\n\\\\n• Debug and optimize automated processes to maximize OEE cycle time, improve availability and yield.\\\\n• Focussing the team on KPI\'s associated with SQDCME, alignment with key business objectives.\\\\n• Characterize and validate automated processes, suing that solid foundation to drive continuous improvement through multiple activities including 6 Sigma (Kaizen) following the DMAIC (S) process.\\\\nFoil Coating, Cal Lam and Slitting development for future facilities.\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
