I head up a team of researchers in our London office and am responsible for ensuring the quality of all research outputs from the team. Specifically focused on questionnaires and reports, I make sure that all stages of the research process are hitting the key project objectives. I specialize in using applied research and analysis techniques, such as factor analysis, regression and correlation, in order to make recommendations to answer client needs and I present these findings and insights to clients directly through written and verbal reports. I am also responsible for our team\'s relationship with the London Revenue and Sales team. I lead client conversations and write proposals that put forward solutions to our clients\' research challenges.
