I am a German qualified attorney-at-law (Rechtsanwalt) with 25 years of experience in corporate, commercial, and M&A law, advising both international corporations and leading mid-sized businesses. Over the years, I have supported clients in structuring, negotiating, and executing complex transactions, joint ventures, and corporate restructurings, always with a clear focus on practical, business-oriented legal solutions. My work combines deep legal expertise with a strategic mindset and an understanding of business realities. I also have substantial experience in dispute resolution, including litigation, arbitration, and out-of-court settlements, helping clients navigate conflicts efficiently and constructively.I am particularly passionate about the digital transformation of legal processes — from the implementation of Legal Operations structures to process optimization and collaboration tools that make legal work more transparent and effective. With long-standing exposure to both international transactions and the German mid-market, I enjoy working at the interface of law, business, and innovation.
