ABOUT PETER KALTREIDER

My passions have always been reading, painting, cycling, and hiking. I grew up in the mountains of Asheville, NC, and after many adventures settled down in Huntington Beach, CA (Surf City USA!). Since moving here in 2005, I have worked in several capacities in the recreational bicycling industry. Although I came from a road racing background, I love working for a company that focuses on getting everyone on a bike. Our customers aren\'t racers. We want to help everyone who wants to embrace life in that way that only comes from riding- making memories with their grandchildren, losing weight or recovering from an injury or illness, for rejuvenation, for therapy, to reverse course and get their lives back. Among many notable moments here at sixthreezero, I had the fascinating experience of rapidly scaling our customer service team from just five agents before covid to 38 full-time agents during the first couple months of the pandemic as volume swelled 800% overnight. I also really enjoy working with our fun team here and abroad, as well as communicating every day with the factories. Traveling to Tianjin, Shenzhen, Vietnam, and Cambodia are highlights of the job. Over the past several years here at sixthreezero, I have made hundreds of youtube videos. At first, these were mostly assembly videos. Now I focus on delivering the best answers I can find to the many, many questions that our customers have. Learning, researching, and teaching about bikes and ebikes on youtube has been a blessing and a ton of fun. My main priority in life, of course, is doing my best to be present every day for my three awesome children and my, well, beautiful wife Sarah. Cheers!Here are links to a couple of my recent videos.
