As a volunteer leader, I provide leadership, training, and oversight to 17 AFA chapters and AFA members in four states and the District of Columbia. Responsible for telling the Air Force and AFA story to public, private, and government leaders, industry partners, and charitable donors in Virginia, Maryland, Delaware, DC, and West Virginia. I provide vision and leadership for science, technology, engineering and math (STEM) programs for public, private, Air Force ROTC and CAP programs in the Central East Region. Working with both National and local AFA leaders, I\'m helping AFA meet their tripartite mission:\"educate, advocate, and support\" for the United States Air Force.
