This includes the Commerce Department’s Export Administration Regulations (EAR), the State Department’s International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), the Energy Department\'s Part 810 export controls, and the sanctions programs administered by the Treasury Department’s Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), as well as the Commerce Department\'s ICTS regulations, the Treasury Department\'s Outbound Investment Security program, the Justice Department\'s Bulk Sensitive Personal Data and U.S. Government-Related Data regulations, and more.
