About Peter J. Kim
I\'m the founder of the Infinite Table, an immersive entertainment company that fuses 360° video and food to transport people around the world. Our mission is to expand empathy and curiosity by making the experience of travel accessible to all.I\'ve spent my career at the intersection of culture, content, and storytelling. As a Peace Corps volunteer in Cameroon, I developed a deep belief in humility, listening, and equitable exchange. As founding director of the Museum of Food and Drink (MOFAD), I led the creation of one of the world’s only museums that brings food culture to life through immersive, edible exhibitions. At Pinterest, I led the Creator Partnerships team, helping ideas spread to over 450 million users.My passion for storytelling has found many forms: on air as the host of Counterjam, Food52’s acclaimed food and music podcast; on the page as the author of Instant Ramen Kitchen, a bestselling manual on creativity in the kitchen; and on stage as a jazz musician. I have been featured in the New York Times, on national television, and on stages across the country.
