   During my tenure at ERM my career has progressed from that of an entry level environmental engineer through project management to Partner. I am responsible for leading and mentoring high-performing project teams to routinely provide service excellence to all clients while also contributing to the achievement of business objectives and key performance metrics for the organization to drive its growth. For four years I was the Key Client Manager for a major international oil & gas client. Under my leadership the master services agreement with the client was successfully renewed twice and net sales to the client increased by 26%. I also served as the Managing Partner for ERM’s Houston, Texas office for three years. In this role, I was responsible for all operational metrics of a 270-person office. I also led the effort to find a new office location, design the interior space, complete the build-out, champion the change management efforts to engage staff as we moved from an individual office-centric design to an open concept floor plan, and successfully execute the move to the new location (a multi-million dollar project that was completed under budget).I have also been accountable for all aspects of the successful integrations of three separate acquired businesses. Integration periods ranged from 6 to 15 months for transformation of primary operational functions and systems into ERM’s business unit structure. Potential critical path items and business risks were identified and appropriate ERM resources engaged to navigate and resolve issues. Ultimately, each acquired business exceeded Net Revenue and PBBIT budgets, experienced minimal voluntary staff attrition, and were successfully cross-collaborating with ERM colleagues on commercial efforts at the conclusion of the integration periods.
