I consider myself to be an easily approachable and conscientious person. I have gained a wide range of specialist knowledge within the electrical industry, through my years of both employment and sub-contracting. I am adaptable, capable of working on my own initiative and reliable. A highly experienced and creative individual, with a proven track record of personal performance and achievement. Offering a combination of strong organisational skills and the ability to work well under pressure; well used to meeting and surpassing customer expectations. Highly experienced in all areas of staff management, recruitment, budgetary control, and operational administration. Seeking a role which will prove to be both a personal and professional challenge.As you will see I am a professionally qualified electrical engineer and have 30 years experience gained from M&E contracting companies, facilities management companies, and national IT support and infrastructure providers where I provided significant projects, on programme and within budget. These coupled with my first hand knowledge of management of large M&E construction projects involving both large teams of direct labour and also sub-contractors, along with budgetary control of projects up to a value of circa £2.3 million, and technical input to major projects and strategic programming decisions have helped me develop an extensive experience of implementing and delivering major projects and infrastructure facilities management.
