Always open to a new challenge. My current role is a permanent one as Patient Experience & Complaints Manager, where I transitioned from an interim role. Before that 18 months as Interim Joint Commissioner for Learning Disabilities in Barnet, with four contract extensions. Architect and author of a highly successful and much lauded Admissions Avoidance process which resulted in zero unplanned LD admissions in 18 months. A reliable, intelligent, efficient, highly focussed individual, committed and hard-working. I have proven leadership skills, experience in developing and motivating teams to achieve their objectives and first class analytical, administrative and problem solving skills. I am dedicated to high quality standards. I am a quick study and legally trained (a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives) Experienced in many aspects of Corporate Governance within Health, Education and Sport. I have proven leadership skills involving senior management and developing and motivating teams to achieve their objectives and first class analytical, forensic, administration and problem solving skills. I am dedicated to maintaining high quality standards. Practised in Civil Litigation for 20 years prior to current role. Appraisals have been unfailingly good and confirmed readiness to take on more senior roles. Good presentational skills and the ability quickly to understand and explain issues. Excellent communication skills. Formerly a Territorial Army Officer, running an infantry platoon and man managing 30 men of disparate ages, lifestyles, occupations and intelligence - often under difficult circumstances. Previously a Community Governor and Deputy Chair at a Primary School, responsible for IT, Health and Safety and Staff Dismissals, then a Governor of a large Academy college. Previously a member of the RFU\'s National Discipline Panel and accredited member of the Independent Judiciary. Now, elected Leicestershire representative on the RFU Council.
