Working with executive sponsors in IT, Finance, Marketing and HR to provide the direction, coordination, execution, control and completion of projects, ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals. 25 years banking experience and 9 years with AMLAW 125 firm, working as a PM and PMO Manager.I’ve lead financial institutions as large as $25 Billion in modernization projects that transformed manual back end processing systems to an integrated electronic solution. I’ve also led projects with the public sector with over users with 21 facilities through large scale strategic upgrades. I\'m currently employed by one of the nations top 125 law firms managing projects that interface with departments across the company. The projects I manage go well beyond technology, they are focused on business solutions and integration. These are multi-million dollar projects with a large number of stakeholders which cross over multiple fiscal years. My experience as a loan officer, bank manager, sales manager, operations manager, IT manager, engineer, business analyst, project manager and PMO manager make it easy to see why I’ve been highly regarded in my profession.
