My mission is to shorten the distance between insight and reality by designing strategic solutions for complex, evolving systems, learning quickly from reality, and optimizing until uncertainty is reduced enough to commit decisively.As Associate Director at UCB, I lead cross-functional programs developing next-generation delivery systems for antibodies, AAV, and other large molecules, with a focus on peripheral strategies for CNS disease. I also contribute to projects developing small molecules and direct academic collaborations, where I serve as corresponding author and scientific lead.I take a strategic, end-to-end view—from therapeutic concept through model design and experimental validation.
