ABOUT PETER HONDROGIANNIS
From my start as the longest-serving part-time teller in University, I\'ve enjoyed a remarkable journey in Financial Services. While I never expected to still be in financial services after 25 years, I\'ve been incredibly fortunate to build a career with great companies like TD Bank, NTT Data, and currently, Equifax Canada.At Equifax Canada, I lead the Direct to Consumer (D2C) team, championing our Canadian customers during their most critical financial moments. My mandate also includes overseeing a rapidly growing Process Optimization team focused on AI enablement. This work is critical to delivering better internal processes that directly benefit our customers through quicker access to credit reports, faster dispute resolution, and robust protection against fraud.I thrive in the dynamic environment of Operations—where every day is different. My responsibilities span strategic planning, financial oversight, and enterprise-wide optimization across our D2C Canadian Operations. This requires close collaboration with key cross-functional partners (Compliance, Fraud, Legal, Security, etc.) and managing our invaluable external vendors.My favorite part of the job remains my dedication to leading, mentoring, and developing the next generation of organizational leaders. This has always been my core passion, and I am truly lucky to work alongside such a fantastic group of current and future leaders at Equifax Canada.
