Main responsibilities are to develop strategic digital consultancy for all NXT\'s clients and prospects. This role involves research and development, scoping of data, insights, brand and audiences to then strategise fit for purpose digital campaigns and products to be developed by NXT’s in-house team. As a co-owner of the business, my aim is to ensure we constantly exceed client’s expectations and ensure we deliver the best possible digital products. As an agency we help our clients create more meaningful connections and interactions with their customers and part of my role is to scope and focus client requirement to meet their digital and financial targets through digital transformation and end-to-end digital marketing strategies. Client-facing, regularly presenting strategy and helping our creative and development teams plan, optimise, implement and test and measure their solutions. This role also involves driving NXT forward as an agency through managing business operations, P&L, sales, marketing and HR with my co-Director.
