ABOUT PETER HIBBERT
I am a Chartered Transport Planner with experience in a broad range of different transport planning disciplines, who specialises in strategy formation, scheme appraisal and business case development. I am the Regional Operational Lead for Jacobs\' Transport Planning & Mobility Solutions (TP & MS) team for the North with responsibility for over 80 staff based in our Leeds, Manchester, Newcastle and Warrington Offices. My key responsibilities include people leadership, operational delivery, project delivery and growth - supporting the identification, resourcing and delivery of TP & MS pursuits in the North and beyond, working with operational and global sales teams and colleagues across the wider business. Over the past few years I have worked extensively with West Yorkshire Combined Authority (WYCA) and their District partners. I am currently managing the Business Case development for the multi-billion pound West Yorkshire Mass Transit Scheme.
