R1 & R12 Decommissioning, Ringhals Sweden An Assignment to lead and improve the quality and performance of the existing Programme Management Office (PMO) for the decommissioning of PWR and BWR nuclear reactors in Ringhals Sweden. My Primary objective has been to lead the development of integrated master schedule in Primavera P6 schedules for the decommissioning of PWR and BWR nuclear reactors. This includes facilitating of workshop with the existing Programme office planning team and technical delivery teams, from license transfer and recategorization of the operational safety case to a decommissioning safety case, waste management, nuclear and hazardous characterization planning through to decommissioning and demolition sequencing strategy. Establishing basis of Schedule, establishing change control mechanism and terms of reference. Developing performance reporting and projects controls hand book, development of reporting templates and generation of Stakeholder plan on the page reports in both P6 and Visio. Mentoring Programme office staff and leading continuous improvements for the quality and performance of the project controls team.

A degree qualified Project controls / Project management professional with 30 years experience in the delivery of large capital projects and business transformation programmes within the Nuclear, Manufacturing, Food, Pharmaceutical and Petrochemical industries. I have a hands-on approach with project management and the majority of this experience has been site based in Mechanical and Electrical / C&I / Integrated control systems type projects. My experience is both in Project management and project controls / forensic planning with a good understanding of contract management. I am proficient in SAP/Microsoft Project and Primavera P6. I also have a current UK ‘SC’ Security clearance.
