Over 30 years experience in Automotive and engineering. Working at JLR as Prototype Battery Build Lead Engineer. Previously at TAE Power Solutions as Technical Specialist EDS, with Arrival as Lead Electrical Engineer/Electrical Build Manager, with Aston Martin Lagonda for three years and over three years on Tesla vehicles and 19 years on BMW. Experience in HV Battery build and systems. Testing of HV batteries during build. CAN networking. Experience of NX CAD. In house training for AML including SAP trained for HaV systems. Harness design and build. Projects including Rapide E, DBS, DBX and Super Cygnet V8. Tesla in house training and qualification. Knowledge of all systems including Hybrid Level 3 Certification to maintain and repair Hybrid Vehicles, including high voltage systems. Complex fault diagnosis to Tesla, BMW and MINI vehicles, within time frames set out to maintain customer satisfaction. F-Gas certified, tracker installation certified. Qualified forklift operator.
