Accountable for the full scope of Pre-FEED Operations development for the proposed Kitimat LNG Project, including the 18Mt/a liquefaction plant, cross-country pipeline and field gathering system. Managed operations design reviews and assurance, operations build planning, including development of commissioning and startup plans, OPEX build and staffing plans. Directed a comprehensive operability and reliability evaluation of an innovative all electric drive scheme for the KLNG liquefaction trains. Supported operational aspects of the Kaybob Duvernay Asset by developing a firm understanding of operations and operational costs; and standing-up the entire operations organization and readiness to assume operations. Mentored and developed junior staff in the operations and pre-operations capabilities. Led the field implementation of Chevron’s Human Performance initiative aimed at reducing and eventually eliminating the incidence of serious injuries and fatalities in company operations.
