Peter E. Grassi is the Managing Partner of Grassi Investment Management, LLC. He is a portfolio manager for a wide range of institutional and high net-worth individual clients, with over 25 years of investment management experience.Peter began his investment career at Davis, Skaggs and Company in 1981 where he served as Vice President. He was then with Smith Barney and its predecessor companies from 1983 to as a Senior Vice President. Peter was an investment advisor representative for Grassi Investment Management, a sole proprietor investment advisory firm, from October 1997 through March was born in San Francisco and is a lifetime San Francisco Bay Area resident. He attended the University of California at Berkeley where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics in 1978.
