About Peter Gourdeau
I am a current Junior in the Leeds School of Business at the University of Colorado-Boulder, with an emphasis in Finance and Real Estate. I am part of the Honors Program within Leeds and am also a member of the Leeds Real Estate Fellowship. This past summer I had the opportunity to intern with Windover Construction, working with the Estimating team. In this role I was able to expand not only my knowledge of the construction process and industry, but also my analytical and interpersonal skills. I got to learn how to read plans for fine detail, and had to effectively communicate this information with trade partners and my teammates. I worked with software like Autodesk Construction Cloud and Bluebeam, in addition to Excel and Word.
