A high performing and versatile Senior Corporate Security Manager with 16 years of leadership experience across FTSE 10, consultancy and military settings. Tri-lingual (English, French and Spanish) with an MBA distinction from Warwick Business School. I have broad experience of managing complex physical security challenges; and developing and implementing comprehensive security programs including leading travel security and global geopolitical intelligence programs. I have broad experience of crisis management, physical security management, resilience and BCM, and security governance. Some of my stand-out achievements are leading transformational change of the Intelligence and Travel Risk Management functions at Diageo to deliver more efficient, effective and connected programs, aligned to business requirements. I also delivered effective crisis management for business units in Lebanon, Ethiopia, and Ukraine; proactively writing intelligence-led crisis management plans, setting and managing red lines for changes in business posture (both escalation and de-escalation) to enable the business to balance staff security against commercial ambitions. As Operations Director at Sibylline, I led the scale-up phase of the business, integrating acquired businesses and enabling a trebling of revenue in 18 months.I am passionate about people, and delivering value through effective and efficient security management.
