With over three decades in construction and property, I have led multi-disciplinary consultancies, advised boards, and delivered complex, high-stakes projects with precision and integrity. My experience spans executive leadership, governance, and operational control, working with commercial, public, charitable, and housing sector organisations.As Chair of Trustees for a charitable organisation, I oversee governance, compliance, safeguarding, and property strategy, ensuring that legal and regulatory obligations are met while enabling sustainable growth. In my executive career, I have merged and managed national consultancies of over 100 staff, implemented ISO and UKAS accreditations, and directed multi-million-pound programmes across the UK.I bring a pragmatic approach to solving complex problems, balancing commercial priorities with operational resilience and client satisfaction.
