   As a Transformation Executive Coach at Siven Group, I partner with high performing executives to develop their ability to lead business transformations. Siven Group\'s mission is to build proficiency within high-performing organizations to confidently start, lead, and finish transformations that matter. For 25+ years I have led $50-$100M business transformations. Utilizing that experience I have crafted a curriculum that is geared toward internal executives - to first build awareness of the full demands of ANY transformation, and then to build strength where needed most in their situation. Siven offers customized executive and team training programs that will equip leaders to foresee and avoid roadblocks using methods tailored to the unique organization and program structure.Siven was founded with a core belief that transformations are NOT MAGIC. The skills, mindsets, and tools needed to succeed in transformations can be learned. The lessons must be cohesive across the full breadth of a business transformation, and the lessons must be contextually relevant to the executive\'s organization.
