Managing Partner – Real Estate Development and Investing Boston, MA In the local market, we have acquired, developed and/or converted over 70+ units ($35 Million value) of apartments to condominiums. With a “value-added” approach we have been able to exceed the market average for real estate and achieve a compound annual return on invested equity of 25% South Shore of Boston We plan to build 30 units of apartments and square feet of commercial space in Scituate, MA. This $9.5 Million project will consists of 1 and 2 bdrm apartments just one block from the MBTA Greenbush Station. Using a modular construction approach we hope to be ready for occupancy in Fall 2016. Canton, MA We just received funding to build 27 units of apartments in the center of Canton, MA. This $8.0 Million project will consists of 18 2 Bed/2 Bath units and 9 - 3 Bed / 2.5 Bath Townhouses just 2 blocks from the MBTA T Stop. Using a modular construction approach we hope to be ready for occupancy in June 2016. Los Angeles, CA In the past ten years, through a Los Angeles joint-venture, we have raised over $15 million of private investor funds and acquired an equity interest in 38 multi-family properties (950+ units). This represents a portfolio close to one million square feet and $100 million in value. Skills Experienced in the areas of strategy (identifying profitable deals), acquisition, design and construction, property management, finance (acquisition loans, refinancing, raising investor capital) legal (partnership, LLC syndication, permitting, sales and leasing, tenant issues, condominium conversion) and tax savings (1031 tax-free exchanges, credits, and the use of self-directed IRAs to fund deals).
