ABOUT PETER GAYFORD

After over 15 years as a Rural Surveyor, towards the end of 2019 I decided that it was time for a change! I have loved working in the rural economy but felt that something has been missing. I have always had a strong interest in food and cooking and am keen to see where this may lead. Unfortunately, like so many people, my plans were delayed by the events of 2020, but I am now thoroughly enjoying my time as a full time student at the Edinburgh New Town Cookery School. The coursework is quite tasty too! Looking forward to seeing where 2021 takes me.
