Liaising between franchise owners and Subway head office by providing high-level customer service support to the franchise owners and other field staff whilst providing administrative support to the Director of Development on key initiatives, programmes, and Business unit objectives. Responsibilities include:• Research and resolve franchisee inquiries/problems including, but not limited to, those relating to equipment, suppliers, transmission of sales information, and compliance issues.• Support Development Director in Corporate Partner with activity liaising with development advertising agencies, magazines and journals, assistance with corporate partner relationship management, maintenance of development and remodel tracking reports, support for brochure and lead activity and ad hoc tasks as required.• Journals, assistance with corporate partner relationship management, maintenance of development and remodel tracking reports, support for brochure and lead activity and ad hoc tasks as required.• Data entry for sales entry and sales corrections, requesting sales and basic fixed information. Maintain accurate information in files or database including scanning and archiving key paperwork.Achievements:• Managed multiple territories effectively on a daily basis and was able to take balance various other projects alongside my hybrid role.
