Led the creation and operation of an affordable housing program for an established ministry focusing on the community of OST/ South Union in Houston. The low-income neighborhood is gentrifying and the residents are being priced out and need solutions. We created and implemented options for affordable home ownership, under market rentals and short-term accommodations through new construction, renovations and innovation. Agape’s mission is to transform our neighborhood by preparing Christ-following, independent, community leaders. By establishing attainable living solutions for our community, we create stability needed for independence, a location to lead from, while emulating Jesus in our actions.
