ABOUT PETER FORD

Working out of PilieroMazza’s Boulder, Colorado office, I advise clients on small business procurement matters, particularly issues related to eligibility for, and continued participation in, small business federal procurement programs, such as the SBA’s 8(a) BD, SDVOSB, WOSB and HUBZone programs and the VA’s VetBiz VIP program. I represent clients in actions before OHA, GAO, and ODRA. I also counsel clients on maintaining compliance with the FAR and the small business regulations, which includes auditing clients for potential size and affiliation issues. Additionally, I provide general corporate and business assistance, with a focus on company start-up and corporate restructuring matters as well as purchase and sale transactions.I have been a speaker at the National 8(a) Conference, the National Veterans Small Business Engagement, and the SBA Advisory Committee on Veterans Business Affairs, in addition to presenting on several webinars for WIPP and our in-house training sessions. As an in-kind contributor to the Colorado PTAC, I have presented on topics relevant to the local small business contracting community.
