Peter is an experienced transformation leader within PwC’s Consulting business, overseeing the orchestration and delivery of technology-enabled enterprise transformation programmes. Since joining PwC, Peter has worked with a range of clients, predominantly working in local and central government sectors supporting organisations to undertake large-scale change. Peter has developed a strong and rounded transformation and business architect skillset, helping organisations to make transformational change in order to achieve a number of different strategic goals which include increase operational efficiency, improve customer experience and become enabled by digital.Peter’s skills and experience span across the transformation life cycle and include organisation and customer strategy development; high-level and detailed operating model design; business process design; change management; benefits management and realisation; and programme delivery. Peter has acquired strong communication skills from working with a range of internal and external teams, has significant experience leading teams in delivering business change to organisations, and enjoys engaging with stakeholders in a number of different forums including board meetings, interviews, and workshops.Outside of project engagements, Peter takes on lead roles in business development, account planning and thought leadership and proposition development. He is an experienced team leader, career coach and mentor, supporting guide colleagues and clients with their personal development.
