Managing a small team of analysts focusing on technical longer form projects. Working with internal teams to help further develop our data capabilities and infrastructure to provide more complex analysis, forecasting and self serve dashboards. Alongside helping strategists, senior leaders and commissioners make data driven decisions that will generate positive results. In this role I will also be helping develop skillsets of colleagues in understanding and using data, SQL and visualisation tools such as tableau to help further their careers.
