As a former general counsel with a broad base of legal experience, I am uniquely qualified to provide legal guidance and assistance to entrepenuers, start-ups as well as established small and emerging business enterprises. Even though each of my in-house legal positions were with companies in the government contracting industry, a great amount of my expertise applies accross the board to all commercial businesses.
