I am now working in Cross-cutting Policy, working with great colleagues to review our solo remuneration codes and our SYSC sourcebook. In the past, have worked across the culture and governance space, leading work, supporting FCA colleagues and working with a wide range of external stakeholders. I was the FCA\'s lead author for our Discussion Paper on diversity and inclusion and led our multi-firm work on Approaches to Diversity and Inclusion. I worked on the culture and governance sections with the Consumer Duty team. I am a key governance expert within the FCA, and a reference point for colleagues. I\'ve spent some time managing the Sustainable Finance Intelligence team and worked on strategy for the FCA and the Sustainable Finance Division. Previously, I worked extensively on the Senior Managers and Certification Regime, providing expert support to Supervision, working across the FCA and engaging externally, including speaking at conferences and panels.
