Mr. Earles is responsible for design and project management of all civil and structural engineering projects completed by the firm as well as construction observation projects. His experience includes analysis and structural design for buildings, bridges and drainage facilities, as well as general civil engineering design for a wide range of public and private infrastructure improvements for Cities across Kansas and Oklahoma.His professional experience encompasses a variety of projects, including asphalt overlays and concrete paving for public streets and highways, airport runways, site grading, road and highway design, traffic routing and signage, design of access roads, and sizing of drainage structures. Mr. Earles’ experience also includes the design of water and sewer lines and related appurtenances for both new and rehabilitated systems, water and waste water treatment facilities. In addition, he has completed plans and specifications for storm water detention and control facilities and provides storm water permitting assistance for both municipalities and private industries. Mr. Earles also provides subdivision platting and design services for private developers, including utility placement, drainage patterns and street design. He has completed a variety of structural engineering projects, including investigations and plans for bridges and buildings, drainage structures and treatment facilities for water and wastewater systems. In addition to these civil and structural engineering projects, Mr. Earles has also prepared a number of environmental assessments and site investigations for both private industries and individuals and has his KDOT certification for construction inspection and has completed numerous projects in the field as well.
