Manage two sales associates who were responsible for Southern California and the Southwest region. • Empower team to maximize sales in their regions, while encouraging them during the pandemic, both of which had at least 10% growth. • Collaborate with my boss to maximize sales for our teams. • Travel with both associates to train them in the SSI methods, teach them my relational technique in sales, and release them to be successful • Bult an extensive amount of relationships with cities and school districts throughout the west coast. Those contacts are responsible for the playground throughout their respective city or school district. Retaining customers was a huge part of that, but also from 2018 to 2020 I was able to grow my Territory by 25% each year. I was able to bring on 30% of new customers over to our company, away from our competitors.
