With over 30 years’ experience in design, management and project delivery I have worked with a numerous high profile Clients participating in and controlling multidisciplinary teams responsible for the successful delivery of many prestigious projects, from inception to operation. I have a broad experience base obtained by operating in various senior positions – as the building contractor, designing and supervising works as a consultant, being technical expert for the project funding organisation, and also procurement as a Client. This has given me a vast insight into design and project procurement with an unprecedented understanding and appreciation of the required elements for project success and what is important to each party in the process.
