We arrange and provide term, construction, bridge, acquisition, and mezzanine loans across all asset classes. Over the past 30 years, I\'ve closed more than $30 billion in financings for Real Estate Developers, Investors, Private Equity Firms, Asset Managers, REITs and Pension Funds. Before launching LTV Capital, I held senior roles at leading global banks and private debt firms in Canada and the U.S, and led the real estate private-debt platform for a major global asset manager, structuring and delivering capital across the entire risk spectrum.We operate as more than a capital provider.
