Oversees the sanctuary’s administrative and operational program elements including human resources, budget, safety, and field operations; ensuring effectiveness of program administration through efficient implementation and tracking the sanctuary budget and management of financial operations including purchasing and reconciliation. Coordinate with local, regional, national and international organizations and partners to promote Office of National Marine Sanctuary and NOAA priorities ensuring adherence to applicable regulations and authorities.
