Peter’s client service experience has included various Fintech and Tech unicorns and high growth companies - taking them public, NYSE/NASDAQ listed financial services and technology companies, registered investment companies, an asset management division of a leading global investment bank, top leading multi-billion dollar hedge funds and private equity funds, fund of funds and various SOC 1 engagements.He has advised his clients on various accounting matters ranging from revenue recognition, stock based compensation, equity and liability accounting, debt restructuring and consolidation considerations and has significant experience and knowledge on SOX 404 internal controls compliance. Peter is a key member of the industry networking group and has helped to coordinate several discussions on technical accounting matters, industry updates and internal trainings. Peter is a CPA and a member of the AICPA as well as having earned his MBA from Columbia University’s Graduate School of Business. Peter is a member of the firm’s diversity group and has been chosen by firm leadership to represent EY in many public forums.
