Acts as a liaison between TLD, for-hire industry and PPA executive staff.Represents TLD at monthly Authority Board meetings, Taxicab and Limousine Advisory Committee meetings.Holds various meetings with leadership from the various industry segments regulated by TLD including drivers, dispatchers, taxicab owners, TNC owners, limousine associations and elected officials to discuss and resolve current regulatory issues.Assists in the development and drafting of all proposed legislation changes and regulations.Develops, with staff, and approves TLD policies, procedures and other clarifications to release to the public.Oversees and develops, with staff, all technological advancements and projects to release to the public.Accomplishments:Updated information on the Passenger Bill of Rights - displayed on the Passenger Information Monitor (PIM) in the back the the taxi- including link to TLD website.Amended a petition to increase the taxicab flat rate to and from Philadelphia International Airport & the Center City District from $28.50 to $32••••28% increase) and the minimum fare from the airport from $11.00 to $12.00 (9% increase).Prepared FY 2025 Taxicab and Limousine Division Budget Request totaling $5,451,727Completed 89 medallion and 7 Luxury Limousine transfers that were approved by the PPA Board of Directors.Nominated by the International Parking & Mobility Institute (IPMI) for developing an TLD Enforcement APP in Innovation in Mobility, Transportation, Parking Operation or Program. Implemented w/ CURB new GPS based meter technology to the Philadelphia medallion industry - TX76.
