Tracking all activities with current vendor, competitors, and client stakeholders, for the Core MMIS module of Claims, Encounters, Financials, and EDI. Supporting several partners and executive leaders, for a total potential amount >$200M. Using industry knowledge such as MITA 3.0 Framework to help develop our position in a winnable state by using innovation such as Generative AI (GenAI) and cloud hosting capabilities, for scalability and flexibility in system takeover while keeping in mind costs savings solutions.October 2024 - April 2025: State of Texas Application Maintenance and Development (AMD) Technology Management Office (TMO). I have been a part of an ongoing 8 month project that has delivered strategic advisory insights to the Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) of Texas regarding their Medicaid Information Technology Architecture (MITA) Operations Management processes within Medicaid. Our team has focused on developing business process maps in MS Visio to show the As-Is vs. the To-Be state, for outdated processes using a claims processing system that is ready to sunset for a more modernized system. We are developing a future state roadmap that will suggest procurement for new system integrations and operational management services needed for the future of taking good care of the citizens that qualify for Medicaid in Texas. I have learned the MITA processes well and will be positioned to support any future Medicaid Management Information System (MMIS) team moving forward into the new year.
