Interact with departments and actively negotiate between departments who are responsible for the detailed system and component parameter setting, construction or specifications necessary to develop systems into a complete vehicle. Create a plan to validate (Mock Ups, CAE, prototypes, Pre Production Units) or confirm the design with the appropriate level of fidelity to complete each development stage.Establish resource requests and manage those assets to meet functional department needs that allow for favorable outcomes for the system and vehicle development.(as needed above)Document summarize and report technical progress, countermeasures and performance targets for Chief Engineer updates, executive reports, technical evaluations and team tracking.Collaborate with factory and sales members to ensure the deliverable of the complete car.
