Oversight of RAND Europe\'s day-to-day operations, including IT, Facilities, HR and Data Protection. Member of Senior Leadership Group, Business Committee and Proposal Advisory Group. Ensuring that our support functions are aligned with the organisation’s strategy and responsive to developing business needs whilst providing commercial oversight and guidance. Champion for continuous improvement and implementation of change, including establishing a programme support office within the business, leading on organisational restructuring, and embedding of new processes and practices. Senior responsible leader for ISO 9001 quality management, ISO 27001 information security, business continuity and disaster recovery, data protection and health & safety. Senior risk owner for many areas of business activity with responsibility for ensuring other senior leaders are both aware and informed of risks, mitigations and acceptance. Bringing background in research and analysis to ensure that business decisions are informed by evidence, and that appropriate analysis is brought to bear to drive business improvement. Involvement in business planning, responsibility for developing and delivering against operational and capital expenditure budgets, identifying future investment needs and commercial negotiations.
