Secondment opportunity playing a key role in driving workforce transformation and organisational change across the Securing the Future Programme, ensuring the effective coordination and delivery of projects that supported the development of new workforce models, leadership structures, and cultural transformation.Acted as client-side Project Manager within Programme, with a particular focus on workforce transformation and organisational change. Responsible for delivering workforce-related transformation projects aligned with the Trust’s strategic objectives, ensuring that workforce planning, reskilling, and new ways of working were embedded effectively.Operated within a matrix structure, working collaboratively closely with the Head of Transformation,the Chief of Staff, and senior clinical and operational leads to support the development and implementation of future workforce models, organisational design, and change management strategies.In addition to programme-specific responsibilities, l also contributed to broader organisational change initiatives within the Trust, ensuring alignment with wider workforce transformation efforts and supporting the integration of new roles, skills, and ways of working. Worked under the direction of the Head of Transformation and the Chief of Staff, with the expectation of operating autonomously, using knowledge, skills, and experience to ensure that key milestones wereachieved, and an effective workforce transformation programme was developed and implemented.
