Returned to College then later University on a part time basis to train in Building Surveying. Became Chartered in January 2004.Experienced in a wide range of construction and surveying specialisms to include Contract Administration, Design, Survey work, Party Wall and Dilapidation appointments.My initial work experience in the professional field was in Social Housing albeit the last 20 years have been focused in the Educational Sector.
