New York, NY, US

I am a member of the the Panel of Commercial Arbitrators where I concentrate on disputes relating to information technology, intellectual property, blockchain, data security, software development, software licensing, electronic components, equipment and general commercial agreements. In the past ten years, I have been selected to arbitrate over 125 matters to resolution. A number of the larger matters have involved disputes filed with the International Centre for Dispute Resolution (ICDR) In 2018 I was appointed to the Commercial Dispute Panel of the ICDR. Only about 700 lawyers and retired judges serve on this exclusive panel world-wide. I also have experience in the mediation of disputes. I have been appointed as a mediator for the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York. Note, I am not an employee of the or the ICDR.
